Today's glory of Italian food can not be unseen.

Just about every 5th restaurant declares, that their cuisine is based on Italian food. Unfortunately, lots of those places ignore some of the fundamentals of Italian cuisine for one reason or another. Either economical or lack of knowledge. We are way too often exposed to soggy pizzas, hams, which may well be put into containers designated for plastic waste. Pasta is more often than not overcooked and swims in the pools of cream used so sparingly in the country of origin. Olive oils are hot pressed and cheap.

We see the Italian food as so called "Ingredients driven cuisine," where only the best is good enough to be served. Top olive oils, premium meats, crispy vegetables and artisan pastas are the cornerstones of cuisine at the Divinis.

We do not waste our time by creating endless menu. We cook what is fresh and good and try to always favor the basic ingredient. This is an essence of Italian food where simple things may be turned into something spectacular.
